Round 1
Pavlo Panin circles "Nancy Grace", landing jabs and crosses at will. "Nancy Grace" throws a teep backing Pavlo off. Pavlo Panin eats a strong cross as Bingwen moves into the clinch. Bingwen is jockeying for position in the clinch. "Nancy Grace" is jockeying for position in the clinch. While in the clinch Bingwen Xiong pulls in Pavlo Panin and takes him down. Bingwen Xiong impressively gets right into mount. Round 1 comes to a close.

Round 2
After dodging a jab, "Nancy Grace" lands a kick to the ribs of Pavlo Panin who winces in pain. "Nancy Grace" connects with a hard punch making Panin bring him in to a tight clinch. Pavlo receieves numerous knees to the thighs from Bingwen Xiong. Bingwen Xiong receieves numerous knees to the thighs from Pavlo Panin. Xiong takes Pavlos back standing. Xiong lands a couple of uppercuts from behind. Panin is able to work his way back around. "Nancy Grace" uses a lifting hip toss to put Pavlo on his back. Round 2 is finished.

Round 3
Pavlo Panin is staggered by a jab to the chin. Panin starts to put on the pressure, forcing "Nancy Grace" back into the cage. Panin takes advantage and clinches. Pavlo Panin works Xiong into the cage from the clinch. Pavlo Panin presses his head under Bingwens chin so he cannot defend the piston shots from either side. Bingwen gets a trip takedown from clinch and end up in the half guard of Panin. Bingwen Xiong tries to pull his leg out of half guard, but no luck. "Nancy Grace" is able to slip into mount from the half guard. Round 3 is over.
