Round 1
"Cheeseburger Walrus" is met with a strong kick to the ribs. Xia throws a crisp jab, but "Gods Gift" slips it and moves in for the clinch. "Cheeseburger Walrus" takes Hendersons back standing, but "Gods Gift" isolates an arm and locks a spinning kimura but "Cheeseburger Walrus" squirms out and both fighters end up standing. Dave Henderson connects with a series of punches forcing Gang into a clinch. "Gods Gift" places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. "Cheeseburger Walrus" attempts a takedown but is out leveraged and taken down himself. Dave Henderson now is in dominant side mount. Henderson lands a few stiff elbows from side control. "Cheeseburger Walrus" gives his back up in an attempt to get out of side control. The bell signals the end of round 1.

Round 2
The fighters circle one another hopping in and out trying to find their range. Dave Henderson connects with a hard punch making Gang Xia bring him in to a tight clinch. Dave Henderson breaks away from the clinch while delivering a knee. "Gods Gift" connects with a hard punch making "Cheeseburger Walrus" bring him in to a tight clinch. Henderson is jockeying for position in the clinch. Henderson executes a sweeping throw, planting Xia on the mat. Dave lands a few stiff elbows from side control. Xia takes a few knees to the body while under "Gods Gifts" side control. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 3
Gang Xia hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. After dodging a jab, Dave Henderson lands a kick to the ribs of Gang Xia who winces in pain. "Gods Gift" throws a few strikes allowing him to clinch with his opponent. Xia receieves numerous knees to the thighs from Dave Henderson. Henderson places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. Xia attempts a lazy shot from the tie up, Dave capitalizes by taking his back. Round 3 comes to a close.
