Volk Han is a Sambo master from Russia that used to work in RINGS, and trained Fedor at one point. Look him up on YouTube, even though most of his matches were worked (RINGS was pro-wrestling before it became MMA) it's still an awesome exhibition of techniques.

well, The Fist was kept from fighting for a while...my deal is, i keep 5 active fighters, the rest i train...each time a fighter retires, i start up one of the new guys and recruit another to replace....the money will come, i'm not too concerned about that...it's more about keeping 5 active fighters so it's not consuming my day so much more than anything! -Coach Bigs
