There is more to your fighters than just the stats you see. After time you should see patterns that can give clues to their other strengths and weaknesses. Knowing which style beats which helps out a lot. One of the best thinks to do when being new is click on the forums at the top left corner of the screen and join. you will find a lot of helpful stuff in their that will help you out. There is a help forum where you can post links to your fighters and camps and everyone will try to help you.
One think is to buy all the fighter slots so you have 15 fighters making you money. I didn't look at all your guys but something I noticed is you have them fighting at the wrong weight. I have had guys that cut from 182 to 183 down to 155. if they down't make the cut they I will move them up to the welterweight division. Now and then they won't make the weight then either and I will cut retire them since they are of no use. Some of your fighters will make the cut every time though so try it
