Round 1

Both fighters trade shots and back away looking for the next opening. Danny keeps Hughes at a distance with some well timed jabs. The fighters circle one another hopping in and out trying to find their range. Danny connects with a series of punches forcing "The immortal" into a clinch. Roberts places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. Henry attempts a takedown but is out leveraged and taken down himself. Roberts now is in dominant side mount. Henry Hughes takes a few knees to the body while under Dannys side control. Roberts lands a few stiff elbows from side control. Danny slides his knee across the body of Henry Hughes and takes full mount. The round comes to an end.
