Round 2 Gabe Popham dodges a series of strikes from Perry and counters with a body shot and cross. Gabe Popham then backs up and wags a finger at Perry. Gabes legs are wobbled by a strong hook to the temple then a shovel punch to the jaw. Gabe Popham throws a powerful left hook, but is met with a strong jab from Perry. A wild hook from Perry is ducked by Gabe Popham who lands a cross-hook to the body before backing away. "Scary" connects with numerous jabs to the face of Gabe. Popham eats a jab,jab, then a hook from Shawn. Round 2 is finished.
Round 3 Popham is staggered by a jab to the chin. Popham gets hit with a strong punch, putting him to the mat, but he recovers just in time to give up his back. Popham carefully protects himself from Shawns strikes. Popham slips out the back leading to both fighters standing up. Popham connects with numerous jabs to the face of "Scary". Shawn Perry moves in to press the action, but Gabe Popham lands a heavy back kick. Popham is hit with a stiff double jab and stumbles to the mat, rolling to his back. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
