Round 1
Both fighters trade shots and back away looking for the next opening. Dylan MacAteer connects with a hard punch making Kit bring him in to a tight clinch. Dylan is in the clinch with Pelletier, and changes levels for a beautiful double leg takedown. Dylan MacAteer sits up in Kit Pelletiers open guard and spins to an leg lock. Pelletier is able to gator-roll out of it and make it to standing. Dylan MacAteer narrowly dodges a cross from Pelletier, but falls catching him in his guard. "Mystic Mac" grabs the arm of Kit Pelletier while in guard and holds tight eating shots to ribs. A tight body triangle from the bottom position forces Kit Pelletier to pull Dylan MacAteer close. Kit Pelletier is having trouble breathing in "Mystic Macs" guard. Kit postures up from guard looking for punches but Dylan grabs both his hands and stretches him out. Using his momentum against him Dylan back somersaults bringing Kit with him ending with Dylan having full mount. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 2
Kit connects with a series of punches forcing "Mystic Mac" into a clinch. MacAteer swims to double underhooks and turns Kit Pelletier but Kit Pelletier gets double underhooks of his own and rotates MacAteer right back into the cage. Dylan takes Kits back standing, but Pelletier isolates an arm and locks a spinning kimura but Dylan squirms out and both fighters end up standing. Both fighters begin to exchange Dylan catches Kit Pelletier with an eye poke. The referee calls time and lets Kit Pelletier gather himself. Kit Pelletier says he is ok and the fight continues. MacAteer takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. MacAteer hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. "Mystic Mac" throws a hard jab but Kit Pelletier throws a cross right over the top that knocks "Mystic Mac" to the ground. Kit Pelletier stands over MacAteer, works his way through his open guard and lands some solid standing punches. MacAteer is able to grab an arm and pull Kit Pelletier into his guard. The bell signals the end of round 2.

Round 3
Kit Pelletier presses forward and grazes MacAteer with a combo. MacAteer wants none of the stand up and clinches with Kit Pelletier to then savagely throw him down to the ground. Dylan drops a huge strike to Kit Pelletiers chin, landing into his guard. A strong chopping strike hits MacAteer across the face. MacAteer lands a series of return strikes. Dylan MacAteer squeezes his knee through the closed guard of Pelletier and advances to mount with a knee through pass. MacAteer lands a double punch to the head of Kit. Kit Pelletier gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Dylan MacAteer lays into Kit with some strong shots forcing Kit to give up mount position. Dylan MacAteer punishes Kit Pelletier with a series of strikes from the mount. Round 3 is finished.

Round 4
A welt begins to form under Pelletiers eye after a strong cross-hook landed from Dylan. Dylan connects with a series of punches forcing Pelletier into a clinch. MacAteer takes Kits back standing. Kit isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but MacAteer lands a sharp shovel punch that forces Kit to release. Kit Pelletier connects with a hard jab as Dylan attempts a wide outside hook. Dylan fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Pelletier. Dylan is in the clinch with Kit, and changes levels for a beautiful double leg takedown. Kit is almost caught in a omoplata but is able to work his way back to guard. MacAteer defends a triangle attempt, throwing Kit Pelletiers straight leg over his head and makes a move for side control. Pelletier is able to hold him to half guard. Dylan slips out of half guard and into side control. Pelletier takes a few knees to the body while under "Mystic Macs" side control. Pelletier sweeps over MacAteer and quickly obtains mount position. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 5
A lazy leg kick from MacAteer is caught by Pelletier who lands a huge overhand right, flooring MacAteer. Kit attempts to drop a fist on MacAteer, but misses and lands in his guard. "Mystic Mac" attempts to create some space from his guard, but Kit Pelletier sees the opening and passes to full mount. MacAteer gives his back up trying to escape the mount. "Mystic Mac" carefully protects himself from Kit Pelletiers strikes. Dylan MacAteer rolls back into being mounted. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
