Round 1 Cross parries a jab but leaves himself open for a hard cross that sends him to the canvas. Feldman follows with a falling punch into Anguss guard. Detlef tries to pass guard but Angus Cross stops him with a well timed punch. Detlef Feldman drops a few strong punches, opening up Anguss guard, giving him a chance to pass to mount. Cross gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Detlef peppers shot to the head of Angus looking for an opening to apply a rear naked choke but Angus is hand playing well. Cross starts to wiggle out of back control, Detlef Feldman lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Angus attempts a striking combination, but Detlef forces the clinch. Angus attempts to grab the plum but is hit by an aggressive uppercut from Detlef Feldman. Cross escapes the clinch and creates some distance. Feldman catches a leg kick and fires a hard punch to the head dropping Angus. Detlef lays into Crosss thighs with some well timed kicks while Angus Cross is grounded. Round 1 is over.
Round 2 Cross attempts a striking combination, but Detlef Feldman forces the clinch. Cross places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. Detlef takes Anguss back standing. Angus isolates an arm to lock a spinning kimura but Detlef lands a sharp shovel punch that forces Angus to release. Angus moves in to press the action, but Feldman lands a heavy back kick. Detlef Feldman connects with a strong right hook. Feldmans legs are wobbled by a strong hook to the temple then a shovel punch to the jaw. Detlef Feldman parries Crosss jab and lands a liver shot that buckles Cross. Cross rolls to his back with Detlef Feldman standing over him. Feldman stands over Angus, works his way through his open guard and lands some solid standing punches. Angus cannot trap him in his guard and pushes him away instead. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 3 Detlef Feldman throws a push kick. Cross shucks it and strikes with a overhand that crashes into Detlefs nose.
Angus Cross connects with a hard punch making Detlef bring him in to a tight clinch. Feldman drops down and thrusts forward with a textbook double leg takedown. Feldman backs out of the guard, and chooses to stand with his opponent, allowing him to his feet. Cross connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. A jab-hook-uppercut combo has Detlef Feldman stepping back and shaking the cobwebs out. Cross peppers Feldman with a flurry of punches that cannot be kept up with. The bell signals the end of round 3.
Round 4 Angus Cross circles Detlef, landing jabs at will. A wild hook from Detlef is ducked by Cross who lands a cross-hook to the body before backing away. Cross pummels Detlef Feldman with a series of rapid fire fists. Cross grabs for a clinch but Detlef grazes him with an uppercut. Cross staggers back, then surprises Detlef with a powerful superman punch. Detlef dodges a jab and lands a kick to the face of Angus.Round 4 comes to a close.
Round 5 Detlef Feldman continually moves away from Cross, who stalks him patiently, occasionally landing a jab or cross. A jab-hook-uppercut combo has Detlef Feldman stepping back and shaking the cobwebs out. Detlef Feldman connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Feldman takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Cross connects with a jab cross combination. Feldman takes in a well composed combination of quick strikes from Angus Cross. Angus Cross unleashes several furious punches at Feldman. Both fighters trade shots and back away looking for the next opening. Detlef connects with a jab cross combination. Cross parries a jab but is caught by a strong leg kick.Round 5 comes to a close.
