Round 1
Shaan Bhatnagar throws a few jabs at Thompson that miss the mark. Bhatnagar throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. Max Thompson is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off. Bhatnagar connects with jab cross combination. Round 2
A lazy leg kick from Max Thompson is caught by Shaan Bhatnagar who lands a huge overhand right, flooring Max Thompson. Bhatnagar attempts to drop a fist on Thompson, but misses and lands in his guard. Bhatnagar attempts to set in a hammer lock from being caught in the guard. Round 3
Max connects with 1-2 jab hook combo and quickly steps away. Bhatnagar hunts down his opponent and throws 2 heavy haymakers that get nothing but air. Bhatnagar narrowly dodges a cross from Thompson, but falls catching him in his guard. Shaan lands a stiff elbow while on his back. Shaan sinks a kimura, but cannot finish. He settles for a switch into mount. Max shifts his head and hips to keep Shaan Bhatnagar off balance and unable to land strikes. Bhatnagar swings his leg over locking in a textbook armbar. Max Thompson taps out.
