Round 1 Hudson circles Max Thompson, mixing jabs with body shots. Chael Hudson hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. Hudson parries Maxs jab and connect with a cross. "The Hitman" fires a haymaker but misses spinning himself around. Max quickly takes his back. Round 1 is over.
Round 2 Chael attempts to press in on Max Thompson but is met with powerful inside-leg kicks. Max Thompson connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Chael looks to press the action with a flurry of punches but Thompson lands a strong lead-leg kick and circles away. Max Thompson lands a hook to the body. Thompson connects with a teep to the face of Chael Hudson. "The Hitman" is hit with a jab then a hook to the body and stumbles backward. Max tries to press the action but is met with a push kick from "The Hitman" that puts him on the floor.Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Max Thompson is rocked by a standing elbow strike. Thompson circles away from Chael, landing strong kicks to the lead leg. Chael Hudson connects with a teep to the face of Thompson. Max snaps back the head of "The Hitman" with a stiff jab. Max narrowly dodges a cross from Hudson, but falls catching him in his guard. Round 3 is finished.
Round 4 Thompson lands a left hook, only to follow up with a strong kick to the ribs. Both fighters trade shots and back away looking for the next opening. Both fighters begin to exchange Max Thompson catches Hudson with an eye poke. The referee calls time and lets Hudson gather himself. Hudson says he is ok and the fight continues. Thompson circles away from "The Hitman", landing strong kicks to the lead leg. Max connects with jab cross combination. Max Thompson throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. Chael is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off. The bell signals the end of round 4.
Round 5 After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. The fighters jockey for position in the clinch. Thompson breaks away from the clinch while delivering a knee. Thompson snaps back the head of Chael with a stiff jab. "The Hitman" connects with a strong body shot combo. Max tries to hyperextend the knee of "The Hitman" with a kick to the kneecap. "The Hitman" hops back to avoid it. Hudson is met with a cross and a liver shot that staggers him. Thompson explodes with a flurry of punches. Hudson is then thrown to the floor. Thompson drops a huge strike to Chaels chin, landing into his guard. Round 5 comes to a close.
