Round 1 Vico dives in for a takedown but the momentum of the attempt ends in a scramble back to their feet. Max connects with a hard punch making Padilla bring him in to a tight clinch. Vico Padilla is able to work to two overhooks and lands some strong knees and short hooks. Vico lands a powerful uppercut in the clinch. Vico Padilla escapes the clinch and creates some distance. Vico Padilla connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Max Thompson throws a hard leg kick but is checked by Vico Padilla. Max Thompson throws a strong inside leg kick that staggers Padilla. Max Thompson then shoots in taking Padilla down and finds his way to half guard. The round comes to an end.
Round 2 Max feints and follows up with a hard cross. Vico Padilla stalks forward paws away with a couple jabs missing the mark. Max connects with 1-2 jab hook combo and quickly steps away. Max lands a hook to the body. Thompson connects with 1-2 jab hook combo and quickly steps away. "El Ladron" parries Max Thompsons jab and connect with a cross. "El Ladron" lands a strong outside leg kick but is met with a counter hook that leaves him unconscious on the mat.
